I can relate. I had my daughters at 40 and 43 and while I felt fine then and managed well, now they are 13 and 16 and I am 57. I see all my friends enjoying their grandchildren and then going home and enjoying their time coffee drinking, but I am working and spend most of my time driving them around and feel exhausted most days. I love my kids but really didn’t think it through beyond the baby stage. I guess I thought I would still be the same physically, but I’m not.
